What are my chances for UVA, NYU, UNC...?

I’m currently a junior at a top magnet school in FL.
I’m in the IB program, and have only taken IB (Latin, Philosophy, Biology, Chem), AP (World Hist., Euro Hist, APUSH, HUG, Psych, English Comp., Calculus AB), and Honors (Physics, Pre-Calc, Alg 2)
My UW GPA is 3.4, and W GPA is 4.2.
I’ve only taken the SAT once so far, and got a 1410. I plan on taking it a few more times to get a higher score.

EC:
President of a Gardening Club that gives out fresh fruit to people in the school neighborhood
Latin Club for 3 years
International Dance Club for 2 years
Black Belt in taekwondo (3 years)
Volunteering at a hospital
Volunteering at a stem cell clinic
Went on a foreign exchange trip to S. Korea through my middle school and sister cities program in 8th grade

I want to go on the pre-med track and major in Chemistry.

My dream school is UVA, which I know is extremely competitive, especially since I am OOS.
I will also apply to Wake Forest, Case Western, NYU, UNC, UofMiami (FL), and UF (safety school).
What are my chances?

I think you’ll get rejected by UNC, UVA.

However,

UF and Umiami are Guarenteed

NYU accepted - bad finaid though
WFU - wait listed then accepted with 0 scholarship

If stay instate, I know that U of F may not be as good as UNC or WFU for premed, but it is nationally renowned for business. However, take into account that going to a school like U of F doesn’t mean that you won’t get into a good medical school. I went to East Carolina with a full honors scholarship. Worked hard and got a 3.89 GPA. Right now, I’m in Georgetown Medical School. Going to a lower tier school, but getting a good gpa and couple of medical internships is better than going to chapel hill or UVA and coming out with a 3.5-3.7

BTW, I have a little bias. My brother worked under Urban Meyer when he was at Florida. Oh, how I miss those days.
