What are my chances for...

I want to know my chances for the following schools: Wash u, UC berkley, UIUC, Carnegie Mellon, Rice, Columbia, Cooper Union.

Before i say anything else, I completely understand that i am not a shoe in for any of these colleges; I am really only listing colleges that i know my chances are slim of getting in so i understand that it may be that i have zero chance of getting into any of the colleges i mentioned above.

Now for Scores/Grades/etc...
ACT: 31 (C); 29 (E); 33 (M); 28 (R); 33 (S) - This is my scores from June. I am a senior right now and have taken the september test but really don't think i got above a 31. I still have October and am aiming for a 32-33. P.S. any tips on how to improve reading and english (i know this is the wrong section for this) would be appreciated.
GPA: I go to a dual curriculum high school with 9 classes a day. I have a 95.28 (unweighted) GPA and, as mentioned before, have just started Senior year. These grades are from 10-11 grade only as I switched schools in 9th grade. While i did do slightly worse my freshmen year i probably had an average of around a A- (the school i previously went to had letter grades).
EC: I have done a good amount of extracurriculars, however, not even close to what i have seen on this site. I have around 5 or 6 after school EC's that i was apart of and just joined 2 more this year. I haven't done a EC year after year besides 2 or 3.
Internships: I have done 4 internships over my rising junior year summer and my rising senior year summer (last year): during my rising junior year I worked for the DOITT for NY as a Gis analyst and at NYU in the department of pathology. This past summer i worked for a Biotech company and for Lenox hill hospital.

AP's: My junior year i took AP Chem (got a 3 (due to a below average teacher who left us 3 chapters to do right before the ap on our own) on AP but 96 both semesters in the class). This year i am taking 4 AP's (AP Gov, AP Comp Sci, AP Physics C, and AP Calc AB)

What i want to do: Many people have asked me this question and i give the same answer: "Something in science". I am definitely not a humanities person and really don't enjoy english and history. I truly do have a passion for all of the sciences i take and find each of them unique in their own way. I either want to do something in Physics, Chemistry, Comp Sci, or engineering, but i don't know which.

If anyone needs additional information i will gladly give you anything else i have that i have missed. I would really love to know my chances for these schools and also if any schools come to mind that may be better fits or just other options.

Thanks!

Edit: Just remembered I took the Chem SAT II and scored a 730. I have the option of taking that again along with either math I or II (if anyone has any opinions on which one I should take that would also be great)/

You definitely need some safeties, and if you’re taking Calc AB this year, I would recommend math II.

Thanks for the reply, and as i mentioned i do have a few safeties and the ones mentioned in this post are really my reach/high match.

those are high matches

Which do i have the best chances in? Also, do you have any recommendations?

i’d say reaches…
are you a URM?
youre extra curriculars just aren’t that outstanding and for columbia they get many impressive applicants

nope. @bananacream going into this… do you have any better matches for me?

They’re all tough schools, and I’d call them all low reaches for you. The problem is your test scores because the ACT needs to get up to the 32+ range. The EC’s are there, but the ACT, SAT II, and AP scores are your weak spot.
