What are my chances?? help please!!

<p>Hey everyone,
I am in state. I go to a very difficult and well-known dual curriculum private school in Maryland.</p>

<p>My GPA is only about a 3.0, but is defintely rising and in 12th grade I was in many more honors and AP course classes. A 3.0 translates, in our system, to be about a B. </p>

<p>I have a 670 in verbal and a 620 in math on the SAT. =1290 Also, a 650 on writing. =1940. </p>

<p>My EC's are very good and I have shown involvement in many things. Also, the essays and recs are good.</p>

<p>Do I have any shot? I applied by Dec 1.</p>

<p>you have a shot, but not very good, it's still a reach since ur gpa is too low. You SAT is about average applicant to Maryland. You really need the essay and reccommendation letters to help you, and some luck.</p>
