Sorry but you need a new list.
Either you won’t get into those schools or they won’t be affordable.
Fordham University, won’t likely get in, won’t be affordable if you did.
Syracuse University, won’t get in
New York University, won’t likely get in, won’t be affordable if you did.
University of Washington, won’t likely get in, won’t be affordable if you did.
University of San Francisco, won’t be affordable
Baylor University, won’t be affordable
Boston University, won’t likely get in, won’t be affordable if you did.
Emory University won’t likely get in
I strongly agree with @mom2collegekids . No way you even get into Syracuse, nor will you be able to pay. Everywhere is at least a high reach for you, most are impossible to get into with your grades.
“How Much Do You Think I Would End Up Paying At These Schools???”
What did the NPC tell you? You ran these, right? We cannot guess.
And you know the process to apply for aid, right?
http://www.wiche.edu/wue these might help but in reality they still might be unaffordable.
You are not on target for merit, so it is down to money. Is going OOS even feasible? How much can your parents pay?
NYU and Emory you’ll have very slim chances, if any. Some of the other ones you may get into, but financials will nit be great if you’re talking merit aid and scholarships. A lot of those schools barely give out any money, even to students with GPAs above 4.0 and matching test scores. If you’re a low income student, you might get some financial aid. I’d reevaluate that list if you’re looking to not spend a fortune on college and add least add a safety school that you know you will get into that is either public in-state or will give a student like you money or is not too expensive.
