Stressed out junior, what are my chances at these schools?

Hi! I’m currently a junior in high school and is currently thinking about what colleges I should apply to. Here are my stats:

I am Asian from New York.
Rank: N/A
ACT: 28 (trying hard to raise it to a 30)
GPA: 92/100 unweighted (this only counts for freshman and sophomore year). I really pushed myself this year so there is a good upwards trend! I think my gpa will be a 93/100 unweighted and around 101 weighted.
APs: AP World (2, don’t talk about it pls i cried for 2 weeks), APUSH, AP English, AP Stats, AP Gov, AP Bio
Class Rigor: By the end of high school, I would have taken a total of 4 regular classes (think I won’t get accepted because of this) but the rest is honors and APs.
Senior Course Load:
Common Core Precalc H
AP Stats
AP Bio
AP Gov
Syracuse English
Recommendations: I’m gonna get one from my math teacher (we’re really close) and my APUSH teacher who apparently writes really good recommendations (I’m her intern)
Major: undecided (leaning towards accounting)

EC:
Red Cross (secretary from 10th-11th, Vice President 12th)
Environmental (Vice - 12th)
National Honor Society
Math Honor Society
English Honor Society
Global Honor Society
Science Honor Society
DECA
Key Club
Writer for school newspaper
Mathletes
Intern for my APUSH teacher
COAP Summer Program at Adelphi for accounting (we learned new skills, visited the big firms, etc)

Awards/Honors (not impressive):
Semi-finalist for Stonybrook Japan Essay
Published poem

College list:
Northeastern (EA maybe?) This is my first choice.
Cornell (lol my dad wants to apply… I have two legacies, my dad and sister)
Binghamton
Stonybrook
Colgate
Baruch
Queens

What are my chances at these schools? Be honest please!

I would say good mate… Happy hunting

Chances at northeastern with a 28 aren’t great with a 30 theyre better. They may offer you NUin but northeastern has been very competitive the past couple of years so a 30 might still be low for them.

28 probably won’t work at Cornell unless you’re a recruited athlete or a development case. If you get a 30 and applied ED, I think you’d have a pretty good chance, but it sounds like it’s not your first choice school.
28 is on the low end for NEU, but you still have a shot. With a 30 you’d be right in the middle.
