What are my chances if I missed the deadline?

<p>I applied to SUNY Binghamton for the spring semester. I submitted my application later than the deadline. Before submitting the application, I asked if they would even consider me, and they told me that they would not only accept my application, they would also try to get back to me before New Years.</p>

<p>I have a 3.18 gpa and a total of 39 credits from SUNY Stony Brook. My course load was vigorous: mostly pre-med classes, but I applied to Bing as a Cinema major. What do you think my chances are?</p>
