@Kodak For the schools you’re interested in, I’d strongly suggest you google the name of the school combined with the words: Common Data Set. The common data set will give you most of the info you need on what your chances of admissions are at the schools. For example, the MIT common data set, available at: http://web.mit.edu/ir/cds/2016/c.html says that 0% of admits who submitted the ACT had composites of 23 or below, only 3.3% had 29 or below, and 96.7% had scores of 30 - 36 with a 33 being only 25th percentile.
