Ok so i just started my fourth year at my community college. Im almost done with my requirements ad i just have about 5 classes or so to finish. If everything goes well im graduating with an AA in Social and Behavioral Science next semester. BUT heres my problem: The reason im in my fourth year here is because i basically screwed up about a year and half ago. I spent the last half of last year and this year to raise my gpa back to a good standing. My gpa was at a 1.6 and managed to raise it up to a 2.1. but this last summer semester i too a Math class and totally kicked my butt and my gpa fell to a 1.9. but im also confident that i will raise it up this semester.
My question is should i still try to apply for csu's for next fall. I think applications start on October 1st but im just scared il get rejected. I can easily just put that i have a 2.1 gpa and by the time if i get an acceptance letter, if i get accepted, il send them my transcript and hopefully il have a higher gpa.

Or should i just wait to apply next summer to get into spring of 2015?

Like i said im only 5 classes away from finishing my requirements to graduate and transfer but math might keep me a semester here.

what should i do and what are my chances in getting in?
