I have recently completed two semesters of college (with a break in between the two and a break after the last). I attended Suffolk County Community College where I received a total GPA: 3.7. I now have 26 credits from the school. I took some high school courses such as high school chemistry (Grade: B+), algebra II/Trig (Grade: A), and precalculus (Grade: A). I have also taken woman’s studies (Grade: A), sociology (Grade: B+), college biology (Grade: B), and college chemistry (Grade A). I have applied to Stony Brook in the past, but had never paid the appilcation fee (because I thought I had an application fee waiver somewhere). Even though I didn’t pay the fee, and Stony Brook said it was necessary or my application wouldn’t be processed, it was processed anyway and I received two, completely different rejection letters (from the two different times I applied). I’ve also applied after the priority deadline. And I chose English as my major (even though I have only math-science related classes).
