<p>Okay, so I've always wanted to get into Stony Brook, always have and it's been my number one school ever since. Applied for it in high school and got rejected. That didn't stop me though, I went to Suffolk Community College and took a few classes there. Freshmen year and I was a full time student with 5 classes under my arm. I ended up with a 2.7 GPA but plus the other two classes I had taken in high school for a few college credits, it all added up to 2.6. I've literally been working and trying to be able to get in and I want to know if j have</p>

They also have transfer meetings in which they explain to you what you need to do in order to get into the program you want, how many credits you need… etc.
Hi, I’m a recent accepted transfer student for the spring semester. I highly recommend that you get your GPA above a 3.0 before applying. I applied last year with a barely 3.0 gpa.They wanted my fall semester grade but unfortunately some personal things happened and I couldn’t go. I worked on raising my gpa to at least a 3.5 and got in immediately so I would definitely work on the gpa
