What are my chances in the following colleges?

Hi everyone, this is my first post here so bear with me.

I am an Indian student currently in 12th grade, and am applying for the fall 2014 semester for a computer science undergraduate degree. I have the following colleges in mind right now, I plan on appying for Early Action in all these:

1) University of California Berkeley
2) University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
3) Georgia Tech
4) Pennsylvania State

UCB is my 'dream university', one I don't really expect to get accepted at, but trying my luck just in case. UIUC and GaTech are the ones I'm aiming for. Penn State is a safe university.

My SAT score is 2200 (800 in Math, 770 in writing and 630 in reading). I will appear for the SAT II in October, Maths and Physics. I got 750 in practice tests for both (which I gave without any preparation) so I expect to get at least 750 in each. Other than that, I got a perfect 10 CGPA in 10th grade and hope to get 90%+ in 12th grade half-yearly exams. I also received 'academic excellence certificates' (equivalent to honors from what I've heard) for Grades 1 through 10 (though only 9th and 10th are important AFAIK)

My participation extra curricular activities is quiet low, I'm currently the editor for my school magazine, I won a maths Olympiad in my city and got to participate in a 15 day summer workshop with Infosys, I am a member of an NGO that helps underprivileged children and I participated in a few competitions within my school (skit, declamation etc.)

Based on this, do you feel I am aiming too high? Will I be able to get into Georgia Tech or UIUC? If not, what should be the university I should aim for? Also, could you suggest another safe school?

Any help is appreciated.

For all international applicants a critical threshold question is do you need financial aid?

I don’t ‘need’ financial aid, but it will definitely help. I mean that if not getting financial aid is not a deal breaker, I’ll go to the above colleges even if I get no aid. I’ll still apply for aid though. Could you tell me how much simply applying for aid would reduce my chances?

Ok, so based on my post, could you tell me my chances if I apply for aid? Also, any good universities that are in my reach that I should consider?

Bump, any help guys?
