What are my chances of admission at The George Washington University

Hi, I am an African-American/Native American male from Texas, and GWU is my top school choice and I'm wanting to know my chances of admission and how to improve those chances.
I'm currently a junior in high school and aspire to major in International Business.

SAT:
I'll be taking it in December and have been intensely training since the summer, but I'm not a good test taker; Will having a low SAT score negatively affect my chances even if I do the interview, already have a great personality, and I'm also a double-minority male who's pretty intelligent.

Other:
I plan on getting accepted to a youth internship with Bank of America for summer of 2014, and also plan on getting accepted to a summer program at GWU as well. I also plan on applying to Howard University, Georgetown, American University, Syracuse, DePaul, and Maryland-College Park. It has always been my lifelong dream to attend The George Washington University, and I'll be visiting in March and am definitely applying ED. GWU is my dream, and I'll honestly be heartbroken if rejected admission. My junior year has so far been outstanding grade-wise, and even with a possible low SAT score I plan to have an impressive application/recommendations/interview.

Overall, what can I do to increase my chances of admission and what are my current chances? Thanks.

GWU ED: Aim for 1950+/28+
Georgetown: Reach
UMD: Am for 1950+/28+
DePaul: Aim for 23+/1650+
Howard: Aim for 22+/1600+
Syracuse: Aim for 25+/1750+

For American, if you could still apply without SAT/ACT next year, please do so, because American is test-optional on an experimental basis.
