I am a high school junior with a 3.3 gpa and a 31 on my first ACT and a 33 on my second ACT. I am an in state student. I play aau spring basketball, I have around 100 volunteer hours, and I also volunteered at a local hospital. Please let me know of what my chance of admission is at this school, whether it is the business or liberal arts. Thank you.
@SplashDaddy34 do you know if your gpa is weighted or unweighted?
Unlikely for CSOM but look at CFANS and their joint major in Applied Econ with the business school or just Applied Econ.
@SplashDaddy34 you’d have a better chance at CLA or CFANS than CSOM as your GPA is lower than what applicants that typically get in have. What cheddarcheesemn mentioned above may be something you want to look into.
My son was accepted into CSE (for Fall 2019) with a 3.3 GPA (strong upward trend) and 32’s of his ACT (taken twice). Since CSOM is about as competitive as CSE, I like your chances of getting into CSOM or CLA
you’ll likely get into CLA. I got in with a 24 and a 3.4. don’t stress
