<p>i admit i dont know the law the best, but i can interpret it well enough to defend my self in court against a long time eviction attorney and win (mainly his clients fault they didnt follow proper procedures for notification etc etc...) But maybe you should look for yourself before you say anything. General consensus is that graduate schools want to know everything from moving traffic violations to arrests but no convictions. But for undergrad they just want to know convictions. This is coming from houston law school etc etc..a few others that randomly popped up but i didnt recognize the name</p>
<p>All in all, this is based off of applying to a job at a business, just my opinion thinking that is could possibly transfer over to an application for school............
but again schools have their own policies and best to ask them or find info on web site</p>
