Question for the OP, If you want to know what is really on your record, go to the police station and ask a supervisor or sergant, explain to them your situation. I dont know if you went to court or not which is the main question that needs to be answered. If you mean arrested as in your were arrested and they let you go and you never went to court that is fine, if you went to court, then you will have a complaint filed. But if you werent charged there should be no formal arrest on your record, but it is your responsibility to go to the station to find out yourself. If there is a record, it can be expunged, but that takes time (3months to a year)</p>
