What are my chances of being accepted to Emory University?

Here's a bit of my resume:
I have taken a total of 8 Ap Classes. All my classes in high school were either honors, gifted, or AP. I took the act once and scored a 29 on it. My SAT score is a 2040 (670-reading, 680-math, 690-writing). I scored a 620 on Math II subject and a 660 for Chemistry (not so hot for either..i know). I volunteer at the Library on Thursdays. I'm secretary of Mu Alpha Theta, and a member of several other clubs at my school ( mostly clubs that involve community service). I didn't participate in any athletics ;( I placed silver place on the national spanish exam, and I won two awards for my literature essays.
I have a 4.00 GPA, and have a 97.5 cumulative average. I am ranked 21 out of 600 kids. My best rank was 17 in my sophomore year.

Do I have a shot for this school?

Lastly, I did some research...and many kids complain that the students at emory are a bit stuck up and the environment is very boring. Is this true??

I'd say you stand a decent shot of acceptance. Your test scores are on the lower side of Emory's middle 50%, but shouldn't hurt you too much. Excellent GPA and class rank, and some solid ECs. If you write a good essay, I'd say they'll take you for sure. And I don't know about that last bit. I found the website stud entsreview.com to be pretty useful for that sort of thing (without the space, of course...no idea why it's censored. Does CC feel threatened by a little competition? :P)
