what are my chances of getting accepted into uchicago?

sat2: 800 physics, likely 800 math 2
grades: IB predicted 44/45, not sure how that converts on GPA scale but i am in the top 5% of a very competitive New Zealand private school
EC: Prefect, a lot of awards for piano, bronze in national biology olympiad, some business and economics related competitions with ok results, started my own charity
Financial aid: no

I am applying ED so i hope that raises my chances a bit more. What do you think of my chances of getting accepted?

Good chance because UChicago is need aware and you have indicated that you expect zero aid. The wild card is your essays in which you will have a chance to show that UChicago is the right school for you. One bonus for you will be that Chicago is becoming an annual stop off point for All Blacks friendlies at Soldiers field, which is about 5 miles north on Lakeshore drive from UChicago. Last year it was NZ vs. USA. This year it is NZ vs. Ireland and NZ Maories vs. USA. Best of luck to you.
