What are my chances at these schools?

<p>Hello I am currently a sophomore at a CC in Michigan.</p>

<p>I was one of those students in hs who did not try and finished with a 2.7 gpa and a 20 on the act. Horrible I know</p>

<p>I have now committed myself and through 42 credits at the cc I have a 3.8 gpa. I am majoring in criminal justice and plan on going to law school.</p>

<p>I applied to these schools, which ones do you think i can get into?</p>

<p>Albion college (got into last summer)
Grand Valley State
Michigan State
University of Michigan(huge reach)</p>

<p>I recommend retaking the ACTs or taking the SATs, especially if you put some time into studying for them.</p>

<p>I say the first 3, with a 70% chance of being accepted to University of Michigan as well. Low scores, yes, but you can explain how you've learned your lesson and buckled down finally.</p>
