What are my chances of getting into an Ivy as a student with a foreign background?

So before I start, here is a little bit about my background:
I moved to the US about 2 1/2 years ago from Germany. I grew up in Germany but I have both the German and American citizenship.
My GPA: 4.01 (weighted)
SAT I: 1890 (taking them again)
SAT II: 630 (USH) and 670 (Biology)
AP's: 4 (English Lang/Comp), 3 (USH), 4 (French; note: didn't take the class)
Grades: mostly A's and B's. One C in AP Calculus BC
Course-load: currently taking 2 Science APs (Biology and Calc BC) and the rest honors. Will take two additional AP tests in May without having taken the class (AP Psych and AP German)

My EC's are pretty good! I am involved in about 5 different music related activities (I've been playing violin ever since I was 5 and plan to continue in college) and I am also a member of the National Honor Society and French Honor Society. I'm in a bunch of other clubs and I'm also going to be stage-managing our spring play. I have about 20 hours of community service every quarter. I also had a 2-week medical internship in Germany last summer to get more insight into the medical profession, because I want to go to school for Pre-Med.

My dream is to get into Brown. I know they don't put TOO much weight on GPA and SAT's (which is good in my case), but I know that those are still two very important components they consider. I tried to play up the fact that I am basically an international student for some of my essays, but I know that doesn't mean anything.

What do you think my chances are of getting into an Ivy, especially Brown?

I should also add that I am in the top 10% of my class.
