I’m a Junior in high school so I’ve still got a bit before I can apply for college, but I would like to check my chances as is.
My unweighted GPA: 3.9
(New) SAT score: 1390 (I’m taking the SAT again at the end of this semester, so more likely than not, this will improve.)
ACT score: 29
Credits (including credits I will be earning in my senior year):
- Five language credits (three of which are honors credits.)
- Five arts credits (two of which are honors credits and two of which are AP credits)
- Four History credits (one of which is honors, three of which are AP credits)
- Four English credits (three of which are honors credits, one of which is an AP credit)
- Four math credits (all of which are honors credits)
- Four science credits (one of which is an honors credit, one of which is an AP credit)
- One athletic credit
I currently have 150 service hours.
I’ve participated in one local art competition and two state art competitions, illustrated the cover and inside of a published literary magazine, worked on two murals at my school and designed another mural.
I’m a member of the National Art Honor Society and President of a Botany Committee.
And I’m not sure if this means anything, but I’m also a member of a committee dedicated to representing the student body and bridging the gap between students and staff. This isn’t a committee which one can apply to participate in, myself and a handful of other students were selected by the Assistant Principal and Guidance Counselors to take part in this.
I’m on track to graduate from seminary and I’ve served in leadership positions in my classes at church.
If I left anything important out just let me know and it’d be a huge help if someone could let me know their opinion of my chances of getting in. Thank you!
