What are my chances of getting into columbia ?

<p>Hi, i am a female from Delaware.
I am a highschool graduate, c/o 2008.
I am looking into transferring to Columbia next year, and i want to know the honest answer.. will i make it?</p>

<p>I am very involved in my current college now, with student affairs, cheerleading, track and field, and peer consulting. </p>

<p>my gpa is 3.2 right now =&lt;/p>

<p>im taking:</p>

<p>Biology 1
Astronomy 1
English 101
Statistics
Russian 101
American History</p>

<p>in highschool i was very involved and i have 4 years of every class under my belt such as science,math,english,history,theology,and italian. </p>

<p>what are my chances as a trasfer student to make it in to columbia. do you have any suggestions for me to make my dream come true?</p>

<p>Get a 4.0 taking non-cushy classes in college. Even then, you still have a minimal chance given the competition and unless you stand out somehow.</p>

<p>your SAT scores could also play an important part... what are they?</p>

<p>SAT scores are not that important in transfer admissions.</p>
