What are my chances of getting into FSU and/or Penn State University Park?

I am currently a junior, and it's about halfway through the school year.
Freshman year, I had messed up terribly.. I was going through some personal problems (just moved to a new state, blah blah blah), and needless to say I didn't try at all.
Freshman year overall GPA - 2.2. (With two honors classes) and extra curriculars being chorus, worship team at my church, drama team at church, and youthgroup, countless solo's in chorus
Sophomore year overall GPA - 3.9. (No honors classes) EC - Chorus, Theatre, Musicals, Worship team, youthgroup, won a poetry recitation award, countless solo's, swim team
Junior Year (so far) - GPA - 4.07 (3 Ap's, 1 honors) EC - Class secretary, president and founder of the debate team, madrigals (higher chorus), theatre, musicals, interact club, chieftan (journalism club), youthgroup, and won 2 writing awards, countless solo's, highest score from my high school for District Choir

I also play the flute and piano.

So.. obviously I have improved.. however, is my improvement enough for Florida state and Penn state? I always have my doubts. I plan on finishing junior year with a 4.2 and senior year with a 4.3.

Have not taken SAT or ACT, however, I plan on getting 1700-2000/ 27-31

Some info and tips on getting accepted to my two dream schools would be appreciated.

Sorry to say that I can’t make a guess that well do to lack of info. What is your cumulative GPA weighted and unweighted? As for SAT, that is a huge score disparity, so I have no idea.

Penn State is numerical, most GPA 2/3 decision, SAT score 1/3. Without your cumulative GPA, we can’t predict anything.
Are you in-state (PA or FL)?
Because GPA is calculated slightly different in Florida overall…
In addition, one of these schools is likely to be unaffordable unless your parents have $40,000 (X4 or X5) laying around for your education, since OOS public universities have huge OOS fees AND no financial aid.

Weighted GPA is 3.6.
Unweighted GPA is 3.4.

I know-it’s pretty bad. But that’s not including the rest of my junior year or my senior year.

high match for both

I take the SAT in the spring, so I will keep you guys posted.

I think that you have good ECs and if you score higher in the range you suggested 1700-2000 like 1800+ you definitely have a high chance of getting in.
Please chance me back: HELP!!! Honestly… What are my chances?

GOOD LUCK
