More background:
I started taking the PSAT and ACT freshman year to prepare. I had a 30 ACT and my PSAT score qualifies for national merit scholarship. I took the SAT last weekend. I took 3 SAT 2s in us history, biology, and chem and got a 650, 660, and 740. I'm retaking the ACT for a 33 (which I'm studying very hard for) and am taking the math1, math 2, and reading SAT subjects in the fall to avoid any more stress with the ending of my junior year filled with finals and all my toughest classes.

I am currently a junior. If it matters, I'm a minority (african) and a twin. Harvard is my dream but any Ivy League would be an honor. What are my chances?

Will the B ruin my chances?

Any and all input is appreciated

No, the B will not ruin your chances but the 30 might.
Realistically unhooked applicants with a 30 simply don’t get in.
If you can manage a 34, that would move you to the “qualified” category where only about 90% get rejected.

OP is African American, which is a hook. However, that 30 really makes it a little bit unrealistic to think Harvard will accept you even with such excellent ECs and grades. But you just never know, they might just like your profile and accept you despite the 30.

You have relatively good stats. I would recommend focusing on your essay. Find a topic that is personal to you and make it very unique; make it very memorable. One of my friends got a 23 ACT score, applied to Harvard just for kicks and somehow got WAITLISTED. Although he had great extracurriculars and grades, he probably got the honor of being wait listed because his essay was phenomenal. I’d focus your strengths to that. And of course, bringing your scores up wouldn’t hurt!

You need to work on your test scores.
The SAT scores all all sub-700 which is very much below-the-line.
As far as the ACT goes a 33 believe it or not is on the low end for Harvard. BUT even if you got a 36, you would still have <10% chance of getting in.

Don’t take Math1 subject, I don’t think it’s even considered if you submit Math2 and the curve is more lenient for Math2. Can you present a foreign language? Or another subject (such as history or physics…)? You have to prepare specifically for the test’s content, make sure you know what they’re testing since your HS class may not have covered it all.
