What are my chances of getting into Ivy League with 3.4 GPA

Right now i am in 10th grade and really thinking about college and my chances of getting into an Ivy League, I am thinking about the University of Pennsylvania

I calculated my overall GPA from all the grades I have received so far and I got
a 3.4 overall unweighted GPA. I did take honors classes though. I took:

-U.S. History Honors in 9th grade
-Honors World History in 10th grade
-Honors Geometry in 10th grade
-Honors Biology in 10th Grade

I know my GPA isn't the best but I also heard that getting into an Ivy League isn't all about grades, it has to do with background. And with my background, i think i have a pretty good chance.

I emigrated to the United States when I was 8 from the African country of Cameroon.
I was born and raised there until I was 8 years old.
I am a track runner in my high school, I run the 400m
I am also a Key club member
I am also in financial trouble, my dad has gone back to school to get a degree in nurse's anesthesiology and will be in school for the next 3 years. My family and I currently reside
in a two bedroom and the money we are using is money saved up and burrowed.

How do my chances look? Will U Penn even take me into consideration with my background?
What if i apply as a track athlete and talk to the coach about doing track in college?
I do plan on taking about 2 AP classes next year.

So what are my chances of getting into U Penn or any other ivy league
What are my chances at a semi ivy league or Penn state university
What can I do to increase my odds?
And lastly, how good should i do on the SAT? what score range should i aim for?

Thanks

Honestly 0 if not recruited and you get a 30+ act

You’re a B+ student. Be honest with yourself; is that really where you’ll fit best?

Why dont you contact UPenn and ask them what they would advise for you to be competitivie. Your story is a “hook”-one that will be attractive as far as bringing diversity to their community-but you have to be academically competitive and that means getting that 3.4 up asap.
