What are my chances of getting into the College of William and Mary?

The College of William and Mary is really my top choice, so I would like to think whether any of you consider that I stand a chance. I applied regular decision for fall 2014.
I moved to Virginia from Europe almost three years ago so would be classified as an In State Student. I knew little to no English when I came here, so basically I acquired all the skills throughout this period of time.
My school doesn't provide us with either unweight GPA or class rank (estimates are that I am in top 3%), but my weighted GPA is 4.1 (my freshman year wasn't in the United States, while sophomore year I wasn't permitted to take honors/AP's due to my inability to speak English). Junior year, however, I took 5 AP's and 2 Honors. This year I am also taking 5 APs as well. Here is the entire list: AP Psychology (5), AP Spanish (5), AP World History (4), AP Macroeconomics (4), AP Microeconomics (4), AP Human Geography, AP Environmental Science, AP Government, AP US History, AP English Language. Honors classes: Algebra 2 Honors, English 10 Honors, Pre-Calculus w/ Trigonometry Honors, Physics Honors. I would have been enrolled in AP Calculus if the counselor allowed me to take math sophomore year.
My grades are mostly A's with a few B's.
I am also very fluent and proficient in 4 other languages: Romanian, Russian, French and Spanish; the least fluent language being English.
I got a TOEFL score of 108. My SAT is 1860 (CR 560, Math 640, Writing 660) which I know is rather on the low side. I took it only once and was experiencing heart pain during the test, which prevented me from focusing well enough. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take it again.

I am an Intern for Mirixa Corporation, a pharmaceutical company, which is a full time solid job. This is the reason why I can't devote much time to extracurricular activities - I live with foster family here and take care of myself.
I am also an Intern at NGO Trade Company, Tutor at the Herndon Center, I am babysitting on the weekends, volunteer for children with disabilities over the summer, held a position as a translator assistant. I played tennis for 5 years before, and have also been in the Debate Club.

I didn't get much honors - AP Award with Distinction, Honor Roll for all years, and National Academy Award of Excellence.

My counselor wrote an amazing recommendation letter for me; so did my AP Spanish teacher.
I also believe that my essays were very strong and truly revealing of my personality and character.

I would greatly appreciate any reply as am very anxious regarding my chances. Thank you very much for taking the time and reading it!
