<p>Well, the website for Pitt’s guaranteed medical program states that the expectation is that successful applicants will have the highest grade possible in every class while taking the most challenging classes possible.

<p>I took the most challenging courses but don’t have all A’s I have 4 B’s(in honors english 9-12) and all A’s</p>
<p>Is that your weighted GPA? What is your unweighted GPA? These combined schools really like you to rank pretty high at your school? I’m pretty sure that being in the top 10% is not enough - you may need to get that up higher. There are many threads for this out there. There is the BA/MD 2014 thread with lots of information and other ones from previous years.</p>
