What are my chances of getting into these three colleges?

I am an African American Male Junior in High School from the State of Virginia. I will be applying to James Madison University, Virginia Tech, and University of Mary Washington next year.
I was somewhat of a slacker in my early years, I got bad grades in elementary and middle school, which carried on into high school.

I received a 2.8 GPA freshman year with no advanced classes. I played football for my high school.

Sophomore year, I received a 3.2 GPA with one AP class, in which I passed the exam and will receive college credit. I also passed two Cambridge classes, which was the specialty program at my high school.

Over the summer, I participated in one all day volunteer project, and held a volunteer job for a month and a half. I also got hired at my first job. I am still employed. That summer, I also won an essay contest, and joined twenty nine other students from throughout the US and and accepted a special invitation to the Washington DC Field Office to receive a three day training from the FBI.

I joined a rec basketball league, and played point guard, leading my team to the conference finals.

I transferred this year, and I am taking two AP classes and doing excellent in both. I write for the school newspaper and am an assignment editor on my school news television program.

From the results of my SAT mock exam, I should score around a 1700-1800. I also took the ACT recently and am waiting for my results.

Next year, I will take 3 AP classes. I will graduate with an Advanced Diploma, and with special honors, as I was invited to join the Governor's Early College Scholars Program.

So the question remains, which of those in state schools might I be accepted into? Which, if any others, should I consider applying to?

What is your current cumulative gpa and what do you expect it to be at the end of the year (both weighted and unweighted)

well the first two years were 2.8 and 3.2, so we’ll say 3.0

and I have yet to complete my junior and senior years. By the looks of it, I’ll have around a 3.7 this year and perhaps a 3.8 next year. So I’ll graduate somewhere around a 3.4 with a steady upward trend.
