What are my chances of getting into UCF?

<p>I'm just curious, I applied for the summer term over 3 weeks ago and I should get a decision next week or the week after I hope.</p>

<p>Academic: 2.78
Weighted: 3.37</p>

<p>SAT Reading: 630
SAT Math: 590
SAT Writing: 570</p>

<p>SAT Total: 1790</p>

<p>I've also been in the same club for 3 years (DECA) and have won at districts twice and competed at state level once for Sports and Entertainment Marketing.</p>

<p>FAU has already accepted me, but I'm really hoping UCF does too.</p>

<p>SAT is fine. GPA is lower than the typical applicant. You have a decent shot depending on how you justified having a 2.78. (AP classes, illness, gremlins etc.)</p>

<p>Yeah I know my gpa is kind of low :, but I’m hoping my essay will maybe be the factor to sway them towards accepting me.</p>
