Vandy is a little more selective than Wake, but with a 2140 SAT you stand a decent chance. You have good ECs and a competitive GPA, which Vandy focuses on Weighted according to an admissions counsellor I spoke with. I would call it a low reach, and a very reachable one at that. Good Luck!
