What are my chances of transferring into an Ivy League?

Hi, My names Wilder and my latest frustration in life is determining how high I should shoot with my undergraduate transferring ambitions. I want to get into the best school I can, but I would prefer one of the North East colleges. If you have any other recommendations to schools you think I could get into, that information would be appreciated too.

So, I go to Georgia SouthWestern State University in Americus, Georgia. I have a 4.0 after 29 hours and expect that I'll have 45 hours accomplished and still have my 4.0 at the end of this semester. I play college tennis at the NCAA division 2 level, but I do not plan to carry that over with me to the school I transfer into. I am in the honors program at my school, and have community service hours logged with Habitat for Humanity and a local historic theatre.

I think my biggest worry is that I am from such an unheard of school that even with a 4.0 I could not be taken seriously by any Ivy League school. Also, when I was in highschool I did not make as good of grades as I do currently, I graduated highschool with a 2.9 GPA and a 27 on the ACT. i'm worried these grades could come back to haunt me even if transfering from one college to another (Every college transfer application i've seen so far requests my ACT or SAT scores).

What do you think the best I can do is? Do you have any recommendations for things I should do to boost my resume some more? Should I wait a little bit longer before attempting to transfer? Any tips at all? Be realistic, You dont have to let me down softly. :P

NO, no chance no way
the best thing to do is transfer to a good school, not an IVY and then move on from there. to boost your resume, get good test scores
sorry

chance me back at

If you're transferring as a junior, you've got a really good chance at transferring into a top school, but don't try to limit to Ivy League schools

Thanks for your bluntness.
I needed a reality check. Good to know where I stand.

What do you want to study? Do you need financial aid? Your application will stand out & get serious consideration at many schools outside of your geographic region. A 4.0 out of a possible 4.0 is outstanding. Consider Brown University as Habitat for Humanity, your 4.0 & historic theatre renovation, along with your geographic diversity makes you an interesting candidate. Tennis is a great way to make good friends quickly.

Brown was actually my leading choice, Thanks for those encouraging words.
I think I will apply there :)
