They don’t use the test score (test blind) according to their common data set and website.
I’m sure your GPA is over 4. Assuming that and that your rank is solid, I’d say 80%+.
A low target but almost safety. IMHO.
Of course I’m not them…but that’s my take.

PS - does USD have graphic design as a major?
Just making sure… You are asking about USD, the private, Catholic school, and not UC San Diego (UCSD) or San Diego State University (SDSU). Is that correct?

It does not ! Most schools tend not to which leads you to majoring in art practices, but most graphic designers need some sort of art practices related major.
