What are my chances? Open for evaluation.

I would like to get some insight on my chances to transferring to the following schools. UCLA, USC, Georgetown University, Dartmouth, Georgia Tech, UCSB, Berkeley, University of Chicago, University of Illinois And Columbia.

My status:
Hispanic, first generation college student, financial need, lesbian and Stem Major.
GPA: 4.0
Act:30

Extracuricullars:
Speech and debate
President of my GSA
Soccer for 8 years
Volunteer hours
Working part time at an insurance agency.
Managed a ranch in the summers.
Chess team.

I think you have a great shot, especially if you write about your background and what you’ve accomplished with your GSA. My bf comes from a disadvantaged background (though he’s white), had a 4.0 in a STEM major (mechE), and got into UCB, UCLA, and UCSD. I’m sure he would have gotten into USC if he had applied. His EC’s were tutoring and chemistry club. He also volunteered with a humanitarian org to give people aid for 3 years, and rebuilt homes after a natural disaster. The UC’s seemed to love high GPA STEM people who volunteer because they care about others and are passionate about their major. You seem to have a similar profile, and you’re hispanic, so that will give you a big boost. I can’t speak to Chicago, Illinois, Georgia, or Columbia.
