What are my chances/ tips to improve

Hi, I am a junior in high school, wanting to go to Stanford in 2013. My question: Is there anything I should do to make myself look better to Stanford, and do you think I can get in?
Also, should I bother retaking the SAT?

Female, Asian/White mix
Step-sister went to Stanford
Potential major - An Engineering field

GPA: 4.0 Unweighted, 4.4 weighted (we're pretty inflated at my school)
Class Rank: Our school doesn't have it, but to my knowledge I'm in the top 10 people of 300ish
ACT: 34
SAT I: 670 Critical reading, 730 Math, 690 Writing - Retaking this June.
SAT II: 580 World history, 770 US history, 740 Biology E, 720 Math level 1, 800 Math level 2
By graduation, will have taken:
10 APs , including Calculus and Physics, AP englishes
Multivariable Calculus from the local college
5 years spanish
6 "years" math
4 years English
4 year social studies
5 years core science

Extra curriculars:
Played violin for 3 years (currently, and loving it)
Played but quit piano for 7 ish years
No sports
School orchestra 2 years, not for Senior year due to it crowding out my other classes
School band one year
Started a Juggling club in Sophmore year -Failed due to lack of interest.
Helped restart Science Olympiad in Junior year - Currently president
FIRST Robotics
NHS
Spanish honors Society
Mathletes (freshman year)
Not a lot of community service, <100 hours.
Held 2 summer jobs

The main areas I see for improvement are possibly more leadership positions and community service. I'm not joining a sport - I'm busy and lazy, plus music and sports never go together. Though I am going to join Debate next year, which doesn't overlap anything else.

So, do you think I can get in, or how can I improve? Should I retake the SAT?
