What are my Chances to get into Harvard (HYP) and please be honest

I am an African kid who came to america as an immigrant. My parents are very poor and i am the first generation to go to college. English is my second language but i picked it up on an early stage. My academics are pretty good but not stellar.I have made 5 B's my entire high-school year and they have all been either 91 and 92s. I will finish Highschool with 11 Ap courses. My GPA is 4.78 weighted and 3.78 unweighted. My rank is 42/633 of students. My public highschool is highly competitive. I have done internships (34 hrs) at hospitals and also volunteering but not too much like about 70 hrs. As for my extracurricular activities I am President of Environmental Club and Founder/President of a English honor society (ironically). My SAT II are 720 Bio M and 710 U.S history
My ACT is broken up
First time) Math 31, English 23, Reading 29, Science 25
second time) Math 27(I dont know why), English 26, Reading 32, and science 28
I am teacher at my church and a deacon as well.
Am involved in multiple honor society and got top ten finalist At Hosa States

I really want to go to Harvard and I am really stressed out, Please be honest with me do you think i have a chance??

Your ACT is way too low. 25% percentile is a 31. Have you taken the SAT?

yeah but they are sooo bad so i quit

Your grades and background make you a very appealing candidate, but yeah, those test scores will probably keep you out of HYP. There are plenty of top schools, though, who will still give you a chance; you’ve done very well in school, after all.

Sure you have a chance. Albeit a small one, but you aren’t going to get rejected because you have a 31 instead of a 33. You’re obviously good at critical reading and math, which is all they really care about from the ACT. People on CC put too much weight on test scores, which is why so many students here are surprised that they got rejected with their 2300 on the SAT. Because a college application is a lot more than that. You go to an extremely competitive school and the face that a 92 is considered a B shows that. Just focus on your essays and having a complete and accurate application. You should be fine. I’m not saying you’ll get in, but don’t worry about your test scores.
