What are my chances of going to UCB/UCLA as a CHEM major?

GPA(UW): 3.9
UC GPA:4.2
SAT: 1300
SAT CHEM:790

EXTRA CURRICULAR: Robotics CAPTAIN(4 years), volunteered at local Kaiser(6 weeks), 100 hours of community service

P.S. Our school doesn’t offer AP courses, so we take classes at our local CC.
I will be getting a Natural Science AA at the local CC.
