Hi! I'm considering Oberlin College in my college search. However, I know that Oberlin is a very selective college--their website claims that they accept about a third of their applicants.

As far as grades go, I managed to squeeze out a 3.6 cumulative GPA for the first semester of my junior year and a 3.7 for my second. I took two college-level (ACC) classes and will be taking three next year. I also scored a 31 on my ACT. My extra-curricular activities include being part of the fall play/spring musical at my school as well as the art club, movie club, green team and newspaper. Oh! I was also accepted into the Writing Institute at Washington University in Saint Louis. I can produce a great admissions essay and letters of recommendation.

So, what do you all think? Do I have a decent chance of being accepted? Is there anything I can do to better my chances? Any constructive advice would be greatly appreciated! Please reply soon!
