I agree with @Wje9164be that the UCs are not reaches for you. Being OOS actually helps your admissions chances, but not your pocketbook. Your test scores give you a very good chance of getting into at least one of them. As for that C+, don’t worry about all too much because it was when you were an underclassman And your 770 math score essentially offsets it. For schools like Columbia, UPenn, and UChicago that will hurt, however.

UChicago (EA) - reach
UPenn (ED) - low/reach
Columbia - reach
Johns Hopkins - low reach
Cornell - low reach
UCLA/UCB (OOS) - high match
NYU - high match (Depends on major, would be harder for business at Stern)
