What are my chances?

I am a senior studying civil engineering at Michigan State University. I have always planned to go to grad school for my M.S., but I didn't really start looking into schools until recently. I have noticed that a ton of students have research experience. I have none. Can I even get into a decent program without any research experience?

More about me:
GPA:4.0/4.0
Graduating: December 2012
Area of Interest: Water Resources Engineering
Previous Experience: 2 internships and probably another one this summer
-Studied abroad for one semester at University of the Philippines
-Have worked as an academic assistant in the College of Engineering's Diversity Programs Office since freshman year. Currently also work as an undergraduate assistant for a couple of lower level engineering classes.

Some of the schools that I am interested in are: Michigan, Wisconsin, Purdue, Georgia Tech, and University of British Columbia

Most terminal MS programs don’t look for research experience in applicants. If you were applying for a PhD, you’d be screwed.
