What are my chances?

I want to get accepted into either; University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Harvard University, Vanderbilt University, or University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
My grades in 9th grade were all A's and B's. GPA in 9th: 3.5
in 10th grade all A's and B's and a C in math. GPA in 10th: 3.3
in 11th grade I got a 3.9 GPA.
So far my entire high school GPA is 3.6
I took the PSAT and didn't do so well, I didn't study and I got a 1331.
I recently took my SAT , I'm supposed to know my score today but the college board website shut down. I know I need the SAT Subject Tests, registered for that in Oct. 6
My EC's:
9th grade: Student Council Secretary, Soccer team captain, kickball, participated in a Regional Tournament and won in Basketball 6th place, Science fair won 1st place, Yearbook committee, Arabic Spelling bee won 1st place, Health, religious competition first place.
10th grade: Student Council Vice President, Soccer team captain, participated in a Regional Tournament in basketball and won 4th place, religious competition 1st place.
11th grade: Student Council Vice President, Participated in Regional Tournament and won basketball 2nd place, Science fair competition first place, won in comedy 3rd place, religious competition 1st place.

Volunteering hours total: 1086 hours and 46 minutes to be exact.
My uncle who passed away went to Harvard and I incorporated that into my essay.
I'm also a minority and wasn't born in America, my parents did go to college if that helps.

Oh and my school is private , it doesn’t offer any AP and Honors. They are starting to offer those this year though. I qualify for all of them , so I would be taking them this year. (my senior year)

sat score is back up, just go to sat.collegeboard.org, hit SAT Scores, and then sign in

check your SAT scores that will definitely help with the chances.

University of North Carolina: Charlotte is the only guarantee. The others are reaches excluding UNC: CH, thats kind of in your range(im assuming that you are in state which is a big boost for Chapel Hill). And it depends what URM you are that will help you African-American? Your chances just got higher. Asian American? Not so much. But good luck nonetheless! But yea if you want to get your SAT to 2150+ to be competitive at Harvard and Vandy.

Thanks you guys. Yeah I just checked the college board website and it’s still down for me. :frowning: I will tell my score whenever it shows… Yeah coola426 I’m living in NC, so that kinda helps. If I can make the SAT in 2000 range, fingers crossed.
