What are my chances?

I'm a senior who had a health leave of absence freshman year . Looking to apply to Chapman, u of the Redlands,Loyola Merrimount, Santa Clara and u of Portland. I have a 3.0 and trying to make up for not so great grades. 4 ap classes, Japanese, 4's on all ap tests. 28 on acts and retaking in October. Lots of extra curticulars, cheer and honors for volunteering. I am interested in Marketing, business and Possibly merchandising, or editing publications. Have done some shadowing at branding firm. Very creative. Making sure to have outstanding grades fall semester.
I know these might be a stretch but looking for feedback. I have some strong essays. Any other west coast suggestions for schools?

you should look at Univ of San Francisco. They have excellent programs in the areas that you are interested in.

Thanks CecilTurtle.
Is there campus life at U San Francisco?
I have heard good things but was concerned about
it being a commuter school.

thank you for the PM!
i think that USF, like Seattle U, is a school filled with amazing students who simply can hardly contain their innate enthusiasm for the wonderful cities around their campuses. It’s not so much that the students are commuters; there is just a bit of a housing crunch at USF, and upper classmen live in the surrounding neighborhoods (Richmond mostly, but the muni can get you anywhere very quickly–even North Beach or Marina). Students at USF are very friendly, kind-hearted, and warm. I’ve never met one who wasn’t this way. Faculty is very supportive. The school is mostly on schedule to open the Lo Schiavo Center for Science and Innovation (CSI), so by the time you arrive in fall of 2013 you will see a brand new center lower campus.
