What are my chances?

<p>I have a GPA of 3.52. And my ACT/SAT scores are rather low.. I've had tutors and classes for them but cannot raise them high enough. I just do not do well on testing. ACT is 22 and SATS highest are 1490. I have over 200 hours for community service and I'm involved in competitive dance, photography club, student council, newspaper editor and in charge of my class functions. I am also Mexican-American second generation. Also I peer tutor in Spanish and Language Arts.</p>

AP Euro</p>

<p>My Honors Classes:
Humanites 9
Humanites 10
Spanish 3 H
Spanish 4 H
World History H
US History 1 H</p>

<p>And my senior year I am taking calculus which I do not have to take but I chose to.</p>

<p>What are my chances of getting into UMASS Amherst, Quinnipiac, Rowan, Rutgers New Brunswick and Penn State? Thanks!</p>

<p>Quinnipiac you’re good but the others you’re test scores are too low if you have time try taking sat or act again</p>
