What are my chances ?

I'm seriously having doubts about getting into a good college because I don't think that I am good enough to get accepted. If any one could just tell me what my chances are of getting into the schools listed below it would be really helpful. That way at least I don't conjure up some fantasy about getting into a school that I want and in reality end up receiving a rejection letter.

Here are my stats:

SAT (1st time)
M:620
CR:620
W:620

(2nd time)
M:540
CR:560
W:650

Superscore: 1890

Also I'm taking the SAT II World History exam this Saturday and I'm guessing I'll do fine on that.

GPA: 96.25% (my school doesn't use the 4.0 system but if we did my average would still be a 4.0)

Intended Major: International Relations

AP Classes:
AP English Language (3)
AP U.S. History (4)
AP Chemistry (taking it this year)
(I intended to take more but my school had major budget cuts and dropped most of the AP classes)
Also for any class that I received a 90 or above I got an honors credit for, but since that was basically most of my classes I'm not going to list them.

EC's:
Freshmen Year
Freshmen Council: Photojournalist
Big Brother Big Sister: Vice President
Sophomore Year
Sophomore Council: Vice President
Model United Nations: External Head Delegate (co-president)
Junior Year:
Model United Nations: External Head Delegate
Junior Council: member
Senior Year
Yearbook:member
Model United Nations: member
National Honor Society (ARISTA): Vicd President
Archon (volunteer work club): member

Volunteer Work:
I have many in school service hours from my years in high school and I have attended events outside of school for community service work as well. I'm not sure exactly how many hours I have though.

I also spent one month in Pakistan volunteering at an S.O.S Children's Village and taught children English(reading, writing and speaking), and math along with doing sports and other extra curriculars with them.

Female
First person to attend college in the United States out of my entire family.
Born in Pakistan but raised in the U.S.

Schools:
NYU
Georgetown U
George Washington U
American U
Brown U
Binghamton U

I don't have a special talent like art or playing the piano or doing karate but all of my friends seem to have something. This is something that i think will really hurt me on my application.

Oh also I forgot to mention that I am within the top 7% of my graduating class of 826 students.

Your SAT scores are hurting you. And by A LOT.
You need to get it at least to the 2000s for Georgetown Brown etc.

So take it again or try the ACT. GL!

Yeah, unfortunately your scores show that your school has some grade inflation/your classes really weren’t that hard. Top candidates have great/decent GPA’s and awesome scores. The tests being standardized kind of allows colleges to compare the difficulties of high schools…

you look good for American in my opinion and alright at binghamton, but Brown, Gtown, and even NYU will be problems for you. If you have time, take the ACT

But what if I write an amazing essay ? I’m having it edited by an English teacher right now actually. Will that help my chances at all ? And what about all of my EC’s don’t they have any weight whatsoever ?
And it’s not that my classes are easy, trust me they are not but I just have really bad test anxiety which is why my scores aren’t so high. However most of the kids with averages like mine have above 1900s.
