Hey forum,
I'm planning to transfer to a new university as an international transfer student, starting fall 2014 and I will be applying as a junior (2 years completed). I am deeply unhappy at my current university and I really want to transfer to another place where i'll hopefully be happier. Given my GPA and other information below which of these universities do you think I have a realistic chance for ?

High school GPA: 2.76
IB score: 30
Sat Score: 1910
Activities: Several Clubs and extra curricular activities including social service

College GPA: 3.78
Major: Finance
Activities :A few clubs including holding officer positions

Problems : I was really depressed this semester and had a host of problems. As a result I decided to leave half way through the semester and return home (Uni is in another country). As a result even though i left within the first month I have all W's (Withdrawn) on my transcript (My grade before withdrawing was a A in 5 and a B in one course). Do I still stand a chance? I have also transferred once before from another university which was due to severe health problems (Environmental factors).

Colleges I am hoping for :
Top choices: NYU, UPENN, UMICH, University of Illinois, USC
Mid level choices : Boston University, Syracuse University, University of Virginia, Northeastern
