What are my chances?

I'm currently a junior with a 3.84 GPA, ranked 56/740 students (top 7%)
I got a 4.0 freshman year, but as classes got harder, I got a couple B's and 1 C.
I'm trying to figure out if I should retake the class to get rid of the C? Does it look that bad? I have taken all the advanced classes my school offers (adv english, adv science, biology, chem), along with 2 AP classes and 1 College class so far.

Extracurriculars:
Student Council
NHS
President of a Hellenic group
Red Cross Team
Newspaper
Greek Orthodox Youth of America
Competitive Greek Dancing
Peer Tutoring
Next year, I will be participating in a Dental Exploring Program for High School students at the local hospital, and will be applying for the local Rose Festival Princess Court. This year I am applying for a journalism scholarship so if I win, I will go to a conference in Washington D.C this summer(crossing my fingers)
I am also committed to different volunteering opportunities, such as a camp for kids with cancer I participate in every summer.

*I am also the first in my family to attend college

Haven't taken my SAT yet, but am currently studying for the spring. I am hoping to get 2100+

This leads me to my question: what are my chances of getting into USC, Occidental, UW? I am also going to apply to Harvard just for the heck of it. Am I in good standing for a "good" school? What can I do to up my chances?

Can’t tell yet because you haven’t taken your sat’s.
But let me tell you…harvard probably won’t like a C.
The people from my school who got into harvard last year had pretty solid grades.
Solid meaning ALL A/A+ maybe with an exception of 1-2 B’s. Hardcore SAT’s (2200-2300), no joke. SAT II’s were either 750 or 800. And i know this because they were in my class ( i took classes with a lot of seniors as a junior xD ).
Amazing extracurriculars. One dude went to europe to play at an orchestra, another dude literally was the most popular kid in high school that did everything, and of course, excelled in them.

Not trying to scare you. But i’m a senior myself and I’m going through all this.
Sucks for me, cause I am NO WHERE near as smart as these people I mentioned…but yea…facts are facts.

Just try harder. You never know what will happen :)
