What are my chances?

So, I did early action at Georgia Tech and was deferred. What are my chances of getting in there? And my back up is to try to get into the Georgia State Honors College. So, what would my chances be with the following criteria:

Gender: Female
Major: Mathematics (Applied Mathematics for Tech, just Mathematics for Georgia State)
GPA- 4.0 un-weighted, numerical weighted average is 102.1
SAT- Math 700, Verbal 700, Writing 640
Extracurricular/Honors: Participated in Dual Enrollment my junior year and am graduating a year early. I played volleyball my freshmen and sophomore years, and I also coached and volunteered to work volleyball clinics. I have a published poem. I was in Math team and received a third place individual award and was part of a team that received a first and second place award. I also tutored people all throughout high school.
Classes- For freshmen and sophomore I had all honors except for two AP classes, and for junior year I took all my classes at college except for one online course since the college didn't offer it and I needed it to graduate.

I’m surprised you got deferred. You have a great high school record and are a female interested in Math. I think you should get in.

Do you have any idea about the Georgia State Honors Program? I have no doubt about being accepted to the college, but the Honors College is what I’m concerned about for that one :3

How on earth did you get deferred girl?

I’m thinking my test scores were just too low… By Georgia Tech standards, my test scores kind of suck. I’m realizing that now. I’m just hoping (and trying to see if other people think) that the rest of my application is strong enough to counteract it in regular admissions.
