GPA is weighted 3.9, but my school does not recalculate. Additionally, there is a strong upward trend in my grads, with my lowest GPA occurring freshman year.

You look good. Go to the Common Data Set for Grinnell, Section C and compare your stats to the profile for admitted students.

Is this your first choice? Say so. Demonstrated interest matters at Grinnell. If you can visit and interview, do it.

I assume you made it clear that Grinnell was your first choice in your application? Nothing else to do now but wait.

I’m pretty sure you’ll get an interview. Make sure you have a question or two to ask. Also be clear in your mind what you love about Grinnell. The campus is incredible. The town looks like Little House on the Prairie. My son had the nicest admissions officer on our first visit! Relax and enjoy! If you visit, ask for an overnight with a student and attend classes.
