I’m applying to swanson for engineering, do I have a chance at getting into main? Or if not, will I automatically have a chance to get into arts and sciences and then transfer to engineering?

Retake your exams if you can to see if you score better.
The 25th percentile for math for acceptance was 600 and you barely top that at 610. You do fall above 75th percentile for reading at 680.
However, a 26 ACT composite is again the 25th percentile (what is your breakdown). Since you are applying into SSOE, they are going to look more at your scores in math than in reading, although you ideally want to do well in both. If you can bump up your math SAT to 690+ you will be in the 75th+ percentile for your SAT and should be fine.
BTW the average GPA of an accepted student last year was a 3.99, so unfortunately the 4.0 isn’t just par for the course. Do you have any AP or college-level classes in your schedule?
