First of all, can you clarify what a “92 weighted GPA” is? Most high schools (and colleges, for that matter) use a 4.0 scale for calculating GPA. The admissions committee likely will not understand what your GPA means without provided context. Do you mean 92 as in 92/100?

With respect to AP scores, you can either send all of them or none of them to colleges to which you apply. That is CollegeBoard’s rule. I would suggest that you send all of them in with your application because they are not used in your admissions decision but rather for course placement. It won’t hurt your chances.

Your SAT score could use some improvement, but it will probably will not be a substantial deterring factor in your admissions decision, granted that it is low for Emory’s standards, but not extremely low. You should take the ACT at least once. Odds are that you will prefer one test over the other. I certainly did.

Do your extracurricular activities and your internships/volunteer opportunities align with something that you are passionate about? The admissions committee will be looking for something more than just a list of extracurriculars and volunteer hours. They receive tens of thousands of applications with students listing dozens of activities in which they partake. Try to hone in on something that speaks to you and build your resume from there. That will make you stand out. Remember, on average, there will be four applicants per slot at Emory.

The admissions process is very much unpredictable, though you seem like you could have a great chance at getting that acceptance letter in the mail for ED1 if you can tweak several facets of your application.

Good luck!
