What are my Chances?

I would like to go to FSU, but I’m unsure of what my chances of getting in would be. Idk if I should apply or not.

GPA (Weighted): 4.0

GPA (Unweighted): 3.3

SAT: 1450

Class Rank: 238/500

APs: 13 - World History (3), *Physics 1 (2)(3 retake), Computer Science A (3), English Lang (3), English Lit (4), Music Theory (3: 2 Aural, 4 Nonaural), U.S. Government (3), Calculus AB (5), Calculus BC (5), Microeconomics (5), Spanish Lang (3), Spanish Lit (In Progress), Statistics (In Progress)
*I failed my second semester of AP Physics 1 (D). That was in my freshman year, so idk how much that will affect me.

IBs: ToK, Biology SL (5), English A HL (In Progress), Psychology HL (In Progress), Mathematics HL (In Progress), Spanish B (In Progress), History of the Americas HL (In Progress)

Dual-Enrollment: 2 - Calculus II (In Progress), Calculus III (Next Semester)

Class Notes: In my Freshman year, I got mostly Bs and Cs with a couple As and 1 D (AP Physics 1). My Sophomore year, I got mostly As, but some Cs. My Junior year I got only As and Bs. I took 2 AP exams my freshman year, 6 AP exams my sophomore year, 3 AP exams my junior year, and will be taking 2 this year.

Extracurriculars: Junior Class Secretary (Student Government), Senior Class Vice-President (Student Government), Debate, Volunteers at Church

Foreign Language: Spanish (Level V), Chinese (Level IV)

I believe you’ll get in because of your SAT score. I know lots of people attending FSU with much lower SAT scores. As a backup plan apply to Tallahassee Community College; it has most of the same professors and you can easily transfer into FSU from TCC within a year. Tons of kids who don’t get into FSU just go to TCC and then transfer.

I know it’s a bit past the original deadline, but if you applied you should be fine. FSU loves IB students, especially if you’re on track to earn the Diploma.

Unless you have multiple Ds on your transcripts you should be accepted no problem.
