I am a Canadian citizen attending a public school in Toronto. I am an immigrant from South Asia. I need full financial aid, as my parents make around 50k a year.
Stats:
SAT: 1540(Math:780, Reading and Writing:760)
Math II: 780
Grade 9 average was pretty bad ( It was a 86), But I picked up the slack in Grade 10 and my average was 92.25. I am in grade 11 right now, and my semester average is a 93. Since I am in a specialized math and science program, my math and science course was enriched, and I got 95 in math and science. My guidance counselor told me my average puts me in the top 7% in my grade. He also told me my math and science marks are one of the best in my grade. My school doesn’t allow AP until grade 12.
I can get 4-5 great recommendations from my teachers, as they generally like me. I can write pretty good essays
